This scientific article presents the results of ultrasound on changes in yield phospholipids, lecithin, and cephalin soybean oil depending intensity hydration process consumption hydrated solution, conventional mixing, exposure, as well 20-22 Due to use high-frequency amount non-hydratable phospholipids was reduced.
